The steel barn has fourteen 12x12 stalls, wash rack and a 12x16 office that could easily be used as a tack room. The metal building is ventilated with sliding windows and accessed through 2 roll-down doors. It is located behind the covered arena with easy access to the arena. The stalls are made of wood with metal bars and all of the stalls are matted and cushioned. It is fully insulated with a good electric ventilation system. This building also has a fly control system.
