It is a steel barn that is 100 X 125 feet, containing 41 stalls, 3 tack rooms where one has a commercial washing machine. It has an indoor wash rack and a grooming rack. Outside the barn there are 3 additional wash racks. The stalls are made of wood with steel bars. The aisle-ways are 14 foot cement. All the stalls are matted. 10 of the stalls are approximately 12 X 16 feet. All the other stalls are 12 X 12 feet. It has commercial fan ventilation at the top of each end. It has an automatic fly control system along with a water cooled misting system. It has a hot water heater. There is vapor lighting throughout and it is fully insulated. All the stalls on the outside walls have sliding windows with awnings for cooling purposes. The front row of stalls has drop down awnings that can be easily lowered in the winter. It is situated next to the covered riding arena for convenience and easy access. On the back of the barn is a feed silo and a storage building for feed additives.
