The shop is a metal building, approximately 25 X 50 feet. It houses the Hydro Spa equipment. There is also an overhang that was constructed to cover the actual spa.

The Hydro Spa is 50 feet long, where the horse enters from one end as it slopes down to the center where there is an underwater treadmill. It then slopes up to exit. This is excellent conditioning for horses and particularly for injured horses. The spa provides an excellent extra business opportunity. It is somewhat similar to a hot tub in that it has four jets on each of the horse’s legs along with bubblers. The water is temperature controlled. It is very inexpensive to operate, requires no unusual knowledge and only takes two people to put the horse through the spa. These spas are becoming more and more popular for sport horses.
